Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

I work at our corporate headquarters. Across our multiple ministries, different email systems were being used. We had no idea how many emails our donors and others were getting. We also wanted to start to develop a profile of who we interact with, and consolidating email systems was an important piece of the puzzle.

Pros

  • Adobe Campaign has a very powerful workflow engine that has helped us personalize our partners' journeys.
  • Adobe Campaigns has helped us implement a double opt-in process, which is important because we are a Global organization.
  • Creating and sending an email is simple.
  • A single email can be sent in multiple languages.

Cons

  • The HTML behind the emails still gets messed up at times.
  • Integrations between other Adobe products isn't as straightforward as you would think.
  • They still need some work on the UI.
ACS is an Organizational tool, not a stand-alone email system. Having a single point for email addresses across ministries and being able to offer a tool with very high deliver-ability make ACS a very attractive tool to other ministries.
If you are using other Adobe products like Analytics, Target, Launch, and AEM, Campaign is a must.
