Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

We use Adobe Connect as the platform for our training programs.
  • Multiple simultaneous chats under a video
  • Multiple simultaneous polls
  • View white boards and note pods in real-time as teams are filling them out in breakout rooms.
  • Short answer polls
  • Layout options
  • Customize what people see in the breakout rooms
  • Engagement meter on an individual level
  • Share polls between various rooms
  • While it is the most expensive platform we use for training, it is the most robust and continues to give our customers a great learning experience.
There is no doubt that Adobe Connect is far and above the best platform for training. Its complexity is overshadowed by the benefits it offers. Two examples are multiple chats and polls at the same time make the learning experience better for the learner.

The Adobe Connect vendor has daily office hours where we can ask questions and listen in to their help with other customers. It creates a great leaning experience from the help desk.
