Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager
We use Adobe Experience Manager for a few different purposes. The two main uses is for Adobe Sites as well as Email Campaigns. The main pain points can come up really around keeping our systems completely updated with Adobe initiatives. It can sometimes be difficult to know what's new or what to incorporate that can make our processes easier.
Pros
- Organization of Site Pages
- Templates
- Component Creation
- Governance / Workflow
- Asset Management
Cons
- Ease of creation
- Asset management for overly populated existing assets
- More AI integration directly in Sites
- Adobe target has allowed us to personalize experiences further
- Asset manager allows for quick meta data incorporation and organization
- Ease of content authoring
- container component
- asset management meta data
- site tree
Adobe Experience Manager is what I use most frequently. While the other tools I listed above are important, they are ultimately a secondary tool utilized on a need by need basis where as AEM is what we use daily for content creation, content updates, content optimization, etc.
