Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Premiere Pro

We use Adobe Premiere Pro within our design and marketing team as well as our video and production team. We use this program for quick cuts to videos or for more in-depth edits that require smoother transitions. It is a powerful program where you can continually learn new methods and tricks for making better videos.

  • Quick edits. It is easy to make the edits and export quickly for a fast turn-around.
  • Customizable interface. You can move the modules around and expand different parts of the tools so you can focus on the work you are doing.
  • You can drop any kind of Adobe file into this program and you can open and use it.
  • It is very easy to color correct in this program.

  • I would like more of Adobe Audition built into Premiere.
  • Premier Pro has helped us make quick turn arounds on video edits.
A similar program is Adobe After Effects. It has some of the same functions, but for basic or in-depth editing of a video, Premiere Pro should be your first choice.
I don't really have any problems while using this program, but if I ever need any tips on functionality, I make sure to look at the Adobe forums for helpful advice.

Would you buy Adobe Premiere Pro again?

I love Adobe Premiere Pro for quick video edits or longer cuts that require smoother transitions. If you need to do anything video related, this should be your Adobe program of choice. It isn't well suited for creating things like vector graphics, but that should be obvious.
