Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use this company wide to manage discipline forms, changes in payroll or position status, as well as contracts with local police and other companies. We started with a slow role and then included other departments as the forms were converted over to Adobe Sign. We also use this as a transfer form for hospitals to complete

Had some users with separate accounts that had to be merged when we converted and the staff was quick to get these resolved. Their emails about changes are informative and not overly wordy. No concerns with access and uptime is great as well. We have never experienced critical down time.
Usability is great in the sense that the user end is able to be accessed from any operating system including the mobile devices. This allowed us not to have to install or change formats. The management console is great and allows for very detailed business settings to make sure we are compliant with HIPAA laws.
Being a business that must be HIPAA compliant with our business partners we were able to find a solution that fit into healthcare without having the worry of downtime or other complications. The BPA's were easy to complete with Adobe Sign. Since we process with multiple clients we must have a solution that works for all.

We found not only the pricing model of Adobe Sign to be better, but the features and details at which we can setup were much greater.
This works really well for forms that are completed frequently and ones that are quite standard in nature. We have contracts with multiple groups and this allows us to renew them quickly without converting them to other formats. The mobile access allows our staff to complete forms quickly in-between calls and improves the success of on time forms.
