Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign allows our customers to "sign" Order confirmations to be processed into sales orders.
  • It connects well to our ERP system
  • It could be priced better to be more competitive with a DocuSign
  • Positively cuts the time to send out Order confirmation Documents to customers and easy to resend for signatures.
Support is good and notifications of when the system is updated or down are good.
The back end is easy to navigate and clear instructions on how to connect to systems.
Our customers send us a PO when convert that PO to an Order Confirmation (OC) in our ERP System. We are then able to send the OC through our ERP using the connector to Adobe Sign to the customer to digitally sign. If they do not sign we are able to monitor and resend through our system. My users do not use the Adobe Platform by itself it is all done through our ERP System.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

For what we use it stacks up to the same. Both Adobe and DocuSign work with our ERP environment. It comes down to price and negotiation with our account rep. We could easily move to DocuSign if Adobe chooses not to be competitive.
Easy [to] integrate with ERP systems and good analytics and reporting
