Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
We use Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) to reduce paper usage and to improve the efficiency of our processes. Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) is used across our entire organization. While it isn't mandatory, all departments are encouraged to utilize Adobe Sign for both internal and external documents that require signatures. This allows us to better track documents in a centralized location while also providing a more standardized experience for customers.
- Standardized document management - Departments know they have a central place to check for completed documents and agreements.
- Improved process flow - Even forms with complex routing between multiple users and departments can be set up easily in Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign).
- User management - User accounts that already exist for other Adobe products can sometimes be difficult to import into an enterprise account.
- Conditional document flow - Processes with too many limited routing options may not be the best fit for Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign).
- Increased efficiency - Agreements can be completed more quickly due to instant notifications and clear instructions.
- Better documentation - It's much easier to keep track of previously signed documents or to see where current outstanding agreements are being held up.

Adobe Sign Experience
Overall, our organization has enjoyed the benefits of the user-friendly nature of Adobe Sign. Functional users in various departments have been empowered to digitize processes that used to be paper-heavy. In addition to speeding things up and reducing paper usage, this also increases reliability as agreements can be tracked at every step of the process.
Because Adobe Sign is user friendly and provides detailed documentation, this work can be done with limited or no IT involvement in many cases.
Integrating Adobe Sign with third-party tools has definitely helped streamline our business processes. It provides both employees and customers with a standardized process for agreements that is easy to understand for users and easy to monitor for process managers.
Integration has been fairly straightforward based on third-party support - it's easy for Adobe Sign admins to create an API key and set up a new integration when needed.
Adobe Sign has been very reliable in the time that our organization has been using it. Because the services are hosted in the cloud, agreements can continue to progress even if our on-premise servers are unavailable. This has improved customer experience, reduced spending on printing paper forms, and reduced the amount of time spent by employees on manually managing agreement processes.
These integrations are helpful, although not used throughout all of our departments. We rely heavily on Office 365 in our organization, and I would expect to see more departments leveraging this as time goes on. It's nice to know that any advances made on the Microsoft side will work hand in hand with updates made on the Adobe Sign side as well.
