Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
SmartCompliance is used in the Human Resources Department. We use it for Taxing, WOTC and other data gathering needs. The company has been using SmartCompliance since I started.
- WOTC reports - good information and allow for tracking of tax credits.
- Wisely Pay great for employees who don't have a bank account.
- Employment Taxes - aids in setting up new jurisdictions and keeping up with tax changes.
- Not sure at this time, has what I currently need.

Have only used ADP SmartCompliance at this time. It provides a lot of resources and the information available is good.
Reporting capabilities make it easy to access where were are in various areas and whether we are compliant or have a potential issue.
I have not personally had any contact with SmartCompliance personnel.
Using ADP SmartCompliance
4 - Human Resources, Payroll and Safety and Compliance
We have HR, Payroll and Compliance staff who use the system but no anyone who supports the system. We contact ADP for any issues we may have regarding system use or problems.

- Reporting from WOTC has been helpful in ensuring we are getting all the eligible tax credits.
