Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I used ADP Worforce Now as a HRIS database and payroll processing tool. The new version was nicely updated with separate employee categories and the different colors made it easier to navigate thru the system.
- Visually Appealing
- Very Intuitive
- Easy to train
- Difficulty getting online benefit enrollment established
- ADP Support is sometime slow to respond
- Sometimes difficult not having all employee info on one screen
- Easier to use than the older version
- Employees very resistant to change
- Time & Attendance function gave managers many problems
PeopleSoft is the best HRIS system that I have used but it is very expensive. My company went with ADP because it is what was familiar.
