Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now. In fact when we were looking to add one of our subsidiaries we went to ADP Workforce Now and recommended that we use RUN ADP which we like using. ADP Workforce now manages all of our multi-state payrolls which makes my job easier to handle.

Pros

  • Able to take care of all the multi-state taxes for us.
  • They are just a phone call away when problems arise and are very professional in helping us fix the problem that arises.
  • Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis is not as time consuming as it was prior to coming to ADP Workforce now.

Cons

  • We would like to see a calendar where all employees could see everyone's vacation schedule instead of just your team.
  • Need a better way when it comes to an employee moving from one state to another and then loses their employee number.
  • Easier way to do Auto Allowance and Health Fringe Benefits for Officers.
  • Payroll reports are very good resources.
  • Able to edit an employee easily.
  • We were able to do a direct deposit for our HSA account, so that we don't have to write multiple checks.
At the present time, we are very happy with ADP Workforce Now and have no intentions of going to another payroll system.
Overall they are well suited, however there have been times when the person at the help desk was either hard to understand or couldn't comprehend what we were trying to accomplish with our payroll. It is a lot better now than when we first started out with ADP Workforce Now.
