Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
At the present time, Workforce Now is mostly utilized by the Human Resources Department, but managers do have access and approval for timecards and time off.
Pros
- Payroll is very easy to implement
- Time and Attendance is also easy
- The fact that everything is integrated is what I like best
Cons
- More customization

- We moved to ADP from Paychex in October, 2015. Initially it was a mess. There were a lot of areas not set up correctly and once I was through with the implementation team, I had no one to go to for assistance. Calling the 855 number left me on hold most times for 45 minutes to an hour. That has improved greatly. This was a huge waste of my time.
- Streamlining our payroll and time and attendance has led to less paper and happy employees.
- Paychex
We had outgrown Paychex. ADP was able to offer us the mobile app and Paychex did not have it yet. Paychex also had three different sign-ons for Payroll, Time and Attendance and HR.
