Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used for payroll management and reporting--rosters, 401k deposits, ACA reporting, payroll registers, earnings reports, tax payments, GL breakdown of payroll, etc... Employees use Workforce now to view their paychecks, update their personal info--address, withholdings, direct deposit. It is used across the organization and takes care of all of our payroll needs.
  • Lots of standard reports available and easy to customize own reports to fit needs.
  • Extremely quick turnaround. Can submit payroll Wednesday afternoon and receive payroll checks by Thursday morning.
  • Seamlessly handle mandatory tax and ACA reporting.
  • Sometimes can be on hold for quite some time with support if there is a problem (up to 25 minutes).
  • Better integration with ADP ezLaborManager or cheaper time and attendance option.
  • I consider it a cost center not a benefit necessarily. It serves an important function in our business and does it well. There are no mistakes in payroll and it is always delivered on time. It provides the reports I need to run my business and meet all mandatory reporting required by law.
It is easy to use, very scalable, and cost competitive.
