Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used for HR, Payroll, and Benefits. It helped close the gap with our last HRIS system and addressed quality in that it ensures the integrity of data pulled by reports, reliability of service which was not guaranteed with the previous system, employee self service, and ACA reporting compliance. ADP Workforce Now is used by the entire organization.
  • ADP Workforce now has made ACA compliance easy.
  • ADP Workforce now has made managing benefits for employees manageable. There are self service options for enrollment and enrollments are fed directly to our providers.
  • Viewing and updating employee records is simple for everyone from employees, managers, and HR Administrators.
  • Implementation was done well and accurately. The people were friendly and attentive.
  • Updating some information requires updating it in more than one area of the system. For instance, changing a manager in the HR file doesn't update them on the Time & Attendance file.
  • Managing multiple companies is difficult and requires 2 logins because of our set up and ADP system limitations.
  • Sometimes phone calls and resolving problems or issues can be lengthy. Often times issues require escalation and if the correction is time sensitive I don't always feel ADP reps understand.
  • ADP has offered us a great tool at a great price. The ROI was immediate and a cost savings over the previous provider.
  • It helps to streamline and manage processes that would be manual and require more employees to manage without the Workforce Now product.
  • We anticipate year after year ADP will continue to offer a price that can't be easily beaten even with normal percentage increases year over year.
ADP Workforce v12 is leaps beyond the original v2 we replaced with another provider about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, that provider could not offer us the quality and service we required. We moved back to ADP and v12 about 6 months ago and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The product is integrated, user friendly, and employees love it.
ADP works well for a company our size. We have 450 employees. We need each employee to be responsible for updating certain things like address or contact information. ADP helps us manage that well with self-service. The system coordinates well and makes payroll simple and easy. One draw back is that our 2 code company system makes us manage employees with 2 log ins. Additionally, the Compensation tool could not be implemented because on one company code pay rates are restricted from certain users. It would be nice to be able to use the Compensation tool on the larger company for managers to view and manage pay with the performance review process.
