Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now makes it easy to manage employees' time and attendance, time-off, benefits, on-boarding, reporting and so much more within a single software program. What makes this even better is that I can input and access this information from anywhere.

This is far more efficient than manually tracking via MS Excel, and previous versions of HR/Payroll software programs were not this inclusive.

Pros

  • Time and Attendance Records
  • Benefit Tracking
  • Employee data and a place to keep and track employee accomplishments

Cons

  • Mobile site will allow for many transactions, but not all
  • Time sheet exceptions should give a red flag, or some kind of alert before printing.
  • Benefits set-up is not intuitive -- needs to be more user friendly
  • Saves hours, days and weeks of man-hours over previous manual reporting
None of the payroll programs I've worked with prior to ADP or with ADP are perfect. ADP's Workforce now, has more learning resources than some of the others as well as a pool of staff ready to directly answer questions.

Workforce Now is perfect for small to mid-size companies wanting to manage employees in-house with a single software program.

However, if your company does not have a good revenue stream, this program can be costly.
