ADP Workforce Now is a game changer for small business!
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is being used by all departments in our organization. In HR we use it for talent management and record keeping, finance uses it for reporting and payroll processing, upper level management uses it to manage their teams, and employees use it to track their personal and employment information. It's a godsend. We previously used 8 systems to handle the tasks and processes that ADP Workforce Now does for us in a seamless and seemingly effortless way. It has saved us time and allowed us to reallocate manpower to processes that grow our business.
Pros
- Accuracy is incredibly important in Workforce Now and it is evident in the thorough implementation process that the employees at ADP have fully embraced this.
- ADP has amazing reporting abilities. There isn't hardly any field that you can't report on.
Cons
- For the most part, you will find someone that can help you in depth to solve any problem or issue you may have. However, during peak times or when a new version comes out, it takes some time for the customer service team to become acclimated to the change before they can offer you the ADP level of assistance. A few times I've had to show an ADP agent how to do something.
- Another issue is customization in recruitment. When creating application questions there is no way to separate them or organize them. You can't add them in groups only individually. That may work for a company with one employee application but ours is tailored to the different job types because certain information is required by our contracts. This can be time consuming.
- We have saved $25K per year over our last payroll provider by switching to ADP. Equally as important, it has streamlined our processes and procedures which has allowed us to provide better service to our employees.
- Paychex
THERE. IS. NO. COMPARISON. PERIOD!
