Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used strictly as payroll processing software for the whole organization.

Pros

  • Record time and attendance
  • Straight forward interface
  • Provides customization for employee revenue sources and deposit designations

Cons

  • Lack of customizable reports
  • Dollar limits on certain tax accounts - limits ability to set up certain payments
  • The previous software version actually was more flexible than this current edition
  • None
Do not use this program for HR
Haven't had time to evaluate in years
Even though we are a small company that does not require a lot of customizable deductions and reports, this software appears to be lacking in allowing us the freedom to design reports that we need to create for other needs such as workers' comp insurance since we are on a fiscal cycle that is not based upon the calendar year.
