Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used by our whole organization. We use it for time and attendance and payroll. It is also used as our HRIS system. It allows our employees to clock in and out at their desks or by phone and manage their time off without having to consult anyone.
  • ACA reports are user friendly and they process and send all forms to the government and our employees.
  • During open enrollment it allows the employees to make their selections and feed to payroll. It also will communicate with the insurance company any changes.
  • Past records are easily accessible through reports.
  • Better communication on changes within the system.
  • Better training tutorials for users that could be printed vs. just videos.
  • ADP was a timesaver in processing the annual ACA forms and filings.
  • Having the time & attendance, payroll, and HRIS systems all tied together saves on multiple entries into different systems.
Our HR team has saved 25-50 hours per month.
I used a previous version of Paychex before they were online and it was very cumbersome to use. None of the management team had access so all administration had to be processed through HR. ADP Workforce Now allows online access for everyone which allows HR to push the work to the management team freeing them up to manage other tasks.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited in companies where the majority of employees have access to computers in their work environment. As a manufacturing company the majority of my workforce does not have computer access so many features within the system are not relevant or used for our workforce.
