Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use ADP Workforce Now to produce our payroll. I was not a payroll administrator before this job but at my current job, I have been using it for 5 years. We have 9 employees at our church. ADP is easy to use and if you have a problem or question, it gets resolved very quickly.
- Easy to use.
- Customer service is great and I have had a lot of questions over the years and always get a representative that can help me right away.
- It also helps with internal controls.
- ADP files the tax paperwork for me.
- The upgrades take a little getting used to but I have been able to navigate around when there has been an update.
- Reports are not my strong point but there are lots of canned reports to use.
- ADP Workforce Now has had a positive impact not only for errors but internal controls-when the auditors know we have ADP there is less for them to audit.
I can't verify the actual savings of the costs of ADP Workforce Now but can vouch for the savings in the time it takes me (bookkeeper) to process the payroll. It is well worth the costs.
