Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used across the entire organization. We use it to keep track of pay information and track paystubs.

I didn't select workforce now, but I would say that the two products are both excellent from my experience. I would probably pick Workforce Now over Workday, but I am biased because I know the program better/have spent more time using it.
Workforce now is very well suited for employees who want to keep track of their pay information. It is also great for employees who are paid hourly and need to clock in and out at certain times/need to have their hours monitored by their manager.
