ADP for Mobile
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently we are using the system company-wide for a number of purposes. Some teams are using it as a system to track their timecards. Others use it to view their paystubs. Company-wide we use the messaging system to ensure all team members are up to date on the latest company policies by ensuring everyone acknowledges that they have read them.
Pros
- The mobile app for clocking in allows the company to set a radius of how close to the workplace you need to be to clock in.
- The timecard system allows for easy review of hours.
- The time off balances and requests are simple to use and easy to see vacation time accrual.
Cons
- The geo location system for logging in on the app is faulty often.
- There needs to be a system for users to request timecard changes for errors.
- Nice system for clocking in through a mobile application.
- Easy way to track vacation balances and sick/personal time.
Not sure. - Not a member of HR. Unsure.
Zenefits was replaced with ADP WorkForce Now because it could not keep up with our rapidly growing company. It was difficult to manage multiple employees on this application and benefits information was also lacking. Requesting time off is much easier on the ADP platform, as is signing in on the mobile app platform.
