We are using WFN for payroll, benefits, benefit accruals, recruiting, onboarding, and ACA reporting. It greatly reduces the need to have multiple systems to house information. I love having a fully integrated HRIS solution. It frees up my time to do more strategic planning and projects.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I save a lot of time not hand entering new benefit enrollments to each open enrollment. Auto report generating saves me time running reports each pay. Self-service saves me time entering basic data entry. I no longer have to print copies of pay stubs or W-2s. ACA tracking was invaluable. Recruiting module has saved me an enormous amount of time reviewing resumes. Onboarding module saves me time from having to do new hire paperwork.
It's expensive for a small company but for midsize and bigger companies their product integrates well across various modules so it reduces double or triple entry. Reporting is easy to use. It's so robust and there are so many nuances that it's hard to be adept of one and learn everything to operate the system to its fullest.
