Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP across the company for timekeeping and payroll. It has helped us move away from paper time cards, particularly for field employees (about 50% of our workforce). It has also helped reduce manual payroll processes and reporting.
- Mobile app time keeping.
- Payroll reporting (quarterly filings, ACA, etc.).
- Simple web UI.
- Implementation process.
- Training materials are sometimes not simple enough for those who are not tech savvy.
- Ease of navigation - "The Bridge" help forum.
- Reduce time to process payroll and manual processes.
- Move away from unreliable paper time cards.
- Less exposure to risk when it comes to tax issues and reporting.
Our HR team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - We currently are saving somewhere in the realm of 10 hours per week across HR and Payroll with this ADP solution. I imagine in the coming months that will increase and we may see close to 20 hours per week.
ADP is much more robust and they will work with you to help reduce payroll tax liabilities. With QB you are generally on your own.
