Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used currently used for payroll. However, we are migrating to Human Resources and Benefits as well as Time Off and Attendance.
  • Ease of creating and obtaining reports
  • User friendly when setting up new employees or terminating an employee
  • The ability to upload our own .csv file when running payroll
  • Easy, step-by-step instructions
  • Support Center has been very useful
  • One shot picture of the employee rather than going from personal to employment to pay, etc.
  • The positive impact is having ADP submit all of our taxes. Not having to deal with Federal, State or Local taxing agencies is a real time saver.
I’m not in HR.
The Payroll service provided by ADP is a great tool to have for any business, small or large. From adding new employees to submitting weekly payroll, it is very user friendly. It is well suited for my company because I get payroll reports within minutes of processing payroll. I really like that feature. We know immediately how much our payroll burden is for that week and can plan accordingly.
