Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Bi-weekly payroll - health insurance regulation tracking

Cons

Not sure. - we do not utilized this section for employees
Prior software was in-house processing for payroll and agency reporting - ADP eliminated the need for this and provides excellent service when needed.
  1. Best suited for employers with 100+ employees to be most cost-effective
  2. Very user-friendly

We recently found out we do not need to file the insurance yearly 1095c due to not having the minimum number of employees to require offering insurance, but emails and notices to do so caused confusion and issues with the IRS due to filing without need. I was unaware of this prior to following ADP's instructions and had to file an answer to the large fine we received
  4. Assistance with the healthcare regulations was the primary reason we partnered with ADP and this was very confusing. We have also filed two additional years and will most likely have to answer to the IRS for future fines. The support person at ADP was very helpful dealing with this issue.
