Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to process our payroll. We manually enter weekly time into the ADP system in order to process checks. We do have them with a special reporting track our vacation and personal time in their data base. We do not use any interface with our other manufacturing systems at this time.
  • ADP is great at tracking for ACA compliance which would be a nightmare if it had to be done manually by companies.
  • I have not personally experienced any problems with the customer service department when I need help in setting up new needs for our payroll.
  • They are dependable with deliveries on a weekly basis to us.
  • ADP can do many customizable options for your company, unfortunately everything has a cost and it is expensive.
  • I would like to see less paper. Right now we still need our payroll registers, tax reports, etc - it would be great if those individual reports could be turned on or off for paper delivery. I realize we can print reports on our end, but then we are paying for more ink, paper, etc., on our end, and no hole punches in the reports - and I don't believe the cost is any less for paperless.
  • Using ADP Workforce Now has kept the owners of the company at ease with a trusted company we can depend on. Yes we are paying for that cost but that is all part of the business expenses.
  • I do feel in the future we may end up utilizing more of the features or customizable features as the company continues to grow. We would start with ADP as a partner in any of these endeavors.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We do not use any of the employee self-servicing and with our workforce I don't see that happening anytime soon. Personally, having the electronic records outside of our manufacturing software is like a second backup. It is great to go in and terminate/hire someone easily. In our case we still have manual records - so we are only partially streamlined. We save lots of time with ACA and the payroll taxes being taken care of by ADP.
This is a great product if you want to be less involved in the payroll tax process. Once a company is set up it is seamless if you have ADP process your payroll taxes, quarterly reports & W2s. There are still ways to verify everything and they do have warnings when something is out of balance and people to work with you to make corrections.
