Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Used in all departments across the whole organization and several locations. Supervisors are responsible to maintain and approve their staff activity.

Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Most of the savings has been pushing processing to department heads and supervisors. Many time keeping mistakes are resolved quickly. Administration is reduced with self serve options for PTO and pay questions are addressed with less time and staff researching issues. Provides easy to access compliance information for federal and state needs
Great for a multi department and location time keeping and tracking tool. Provides department heads more accountability and responsibility for staffing hours and costs. Decent reporting for supervisors. Not the best scheduler for department staffing. Would be nice to link to an ERP system for clock ins and outs. Master file updates are easy with the payroll system.
