Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR and time and attendance. It has truly helped us clean up and organize our payroll process better.
  • Time and Attendance - easy click and go for time cards
  • Payroll - much more streamlined than past systems we've used
  • Self service - lets employees take care of their own info instead of it falling all on HR
  • Reporting is very complicated and hard to navigate.
  • Scheduling isn't as flexible as past programs we've used so we don't even utilize that area.
  • Customer service could REALLY use improvement. During implementation, our contacts were extremely rude and not helpful at all.
  • It's helped clean up our payroll process.
  • The reporting function is more difficult now. In ADP RUN almost all reports we needed were available and easy to find. In ADP Workforce Now reporting is very hard to navigate.
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Payroll processing is cleaner and all on one site instead of multiple platforms.
We have not had in person training.
Most functions that we are currently using seem to be pretty cookie cutter.
