Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR and benefits. For HR, it helps us create analytical reports. The self-service for employees is very easy to use and cuts our time manually enrolling employees into ADP and definitely saves paperwork!

Pros

  • Self-Service for our employees during Open Enrollment

Cons

  • New Hire Onboarding Module - would love to see fill-in forms for new hires to complete
  • I think ADP Workforce Now helped cut HR's time spent on the open enrollment process.
I think ADP can make more improvements with their modules. Make it more user-friendly for the administrators.
  • We have tried integrating recruiting.
In HR/Benefits, we use the Open Enrollment self-service which is pretty easy to use. I think the reporting needs some work. I feel that it's a bit complicated to use and I would need additional help.
