Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use WFN in HR and in Payroll. We also use manager self service and employee self service.

It is a user friendly program and pretty easy for a new person to learn. We also utilize the essential time, garnishments, and tax services from ADP.

Pros

  • Simplicity of use.
  • Employee self service.
  • Manager self service.

Cons

  • Less updates would be great, seems things are always changing around on the screens.
  • It's been a positive implementation overall.
  • Saves time.
I’m not in HR. - NA as I am in payroll not HR
Tax filing, Garnishments, W2's, essential time
It is a great system, easy to use. The Bridge is super helpful to network with other users.
