Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now as our US payroll provider and also as our global HRIS system. It allows us to have a self-service portal for employees to use and handles all internal processes. It also helps us in the areas of data security, tax compliance and international compliance with GDPR. Our partnership with ADP Workforce Now has allowed us to focus on other areas of the employee experience to improve onboarding and employee satisfaction.

- Inability to customize.
- Lack of end-to-end customer support (some reps are better than others).
- Slow development cycle for products and enhancements.
- We have been able to save days with the compensation tool during our merit cycle.
- We have been able to become GDPR compliant.
- It has helped us increase the use of employee self service functions.
Our HR team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - We have saved around 20 to 22 hours of work per month with employee self-service. We have seen our HR ticket volume drop due to the ease and accessibility of our self-service portal. They can handle time off, time cards, benefits and company documents from one easy-to-use portal. ADP Workforce Now has been great!
ADP Workforce Now had the features we wanted along with the compliance piece that other vendors couldn't match. We were happy that they could provide a clear path to getting us up and running in the shortest time frame available. We were very happy with the speed of the implementation.
