ADP Workforce Now is used across the 4Rivers company. Employees use it to manage time off, maintain their personal profiles, review benefits and beneficiaries, etc. Managers use it to submit employee reviews, process analytics and manage their team's time off.
- Talent Management - This feature has helped us hire YTD the number of new employees we hired all of last year.
- Analytics - This is so easy to use and build reports that give managers information such as recruitment success, headcount, overturn and many other useful details managers need in order to run a successful business.
- Field Grabber - This is just a super convenient tool that allows report builders to literally grab any field they wish in ADP to build reports based on their specific needs.
- Call Center - I've waited on hold for a rep to answer my call for over an hour sometimes. I'd like to see issues be resolved more quickly when there is a real need to call into ADP.
- Positive - Performance management has forced managers to review their employees annually and give feedback so that employees can stay on their career path.
