Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our payroll processor and our HR processor. We have one central area with ADP where all of our payroll and HR needs are met!
  • It takes away the stress of payroll taxes.
  • Our HR information is all in one area and is computerized now - no more paper!
  • The employees can get their own copies of pay stubs and W2s right off ADP instead of me having to print them all and sending the copies to each of them.
  • I would like to be able to do chats with people instead of having to call with every little small issue.
  • The updates are not always user friendly.
  • When ADP is not working properly there is no notification sent out to people. We have to always go on the bridge which can be difficult to get to if ADP is not working properly.
  • Payroll runs a lot smoother now.
  • Less stress when it comes to the end of the year.
  • ADP tends to go down a lot.

With Dealertrack we did everything in house payroll wise and now with ADP they take care of sending in payroll taxes and garnishments which takes a lot of pressure off of us.
ADP Workforce Now is not for super small businesses. It is working well, however, with our medium-sized business.
