Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, tax filing and time off requests. It is fantastic and easy for employees and managers to navigate. I love all the updates they roll out to make the system easier.
- Reporting and report writer. I can create a custom report for anything I need.
- G/l interface makes it easy to record the payroll in our finance department. No more spreadsheet to balance.
- Learning bytes! These save me! If I’m unsure how to do anything on ADP there is always a learning byte or help on every page.
- If I issue a wire or ACH payment off cycle and record on the next scheduled pay date I’d like to be able to record the transaction date. It currently posts with pay date of the scheduled payroll and it’s been an issue For CA court cases.
- Pay summary pay roll ups - I'd prefer the view and print outs to look exactly like the pay statements for ease. For CA again they want copies of the actual pay statements and I have to go into each pay statement file and pull them. Very time consuming.
- The preview stat summary is awesome but the final star summary isn’t. I use the preview but for audits I can’t. It would be great if the final stat summary had the same break out.
- Time off requests it would be nice if we could select and send messages to managers that have not approved.
- Tax compliance
- Wage garnishments
ADP’s reporting and custom reporting options are the best. Payroll, benefits, on boarding all flow and are easy to understand and use. I also love that ADP listens to customer suggestions and the updates they roll out are always time savers! Other systems are good but ADP is the best product and is always improving.
