Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is used by our entire organization for all of our timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and reports.
- Helping us navigate our Year End process, they are always a short phone call away when we run into an issue.
- Reports, we have some complex custom reports, they helped us set them up and tweak for each manager.
- We have some unique shift differential requirements, maintenance on call and different pay for that and weekend work, grounds has weekend pay for certain types of work, custodial has night premiums, but none if working day hours. Plus we have lead people in these categories, as well as just regular full time employee lead people.
- A simple mass update for supervisors, like the one they have one for "Report To". The work around is very clumsy and if you have a long list of employees, it takes time to type in all of the required information (name, ID, and Supervisor ID) lots of room for errors.
- When you add bBenefits, and do not have all of the dependents/beneficiaries already in the system, having to completely go out of Benefits and into Depend/Beneficiaries, add your information, then close that and go back to Benefit Enrollments, a toggle would be very helpful.
- It really helped tighten up our Payroll. When there is an issue, we can easily track back to see what the issue was and can then do corrections and adjustments.
These were two different products that we combined, there were lots of issues. When ACA came on the horizon, we started looking for something that would be all in one and work well, we had some good reviews from users of ADP and contacted them. Was a good decision.
