Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
My employees are spread across 15 states. We have offices in 6 of those states, the other employees are remote. Utilizing the Employee Self-Service functionality of Workforce Now allows my employees to complete their HR, payroll, and benefits transactions in a minimal amount of time with a minimal time commitment. ADP makes it easy for me to make my employees' lives easier!
- Employee Self-Service makes it easy for my employees to complete the HR, payroll and benefits transactions quickly and simply.
- ADP handles our tax reporting and payments expertly!
- Workforce Now has a plethora of canned reports and an an absolutely amazing custom reporting module.
- Workforce Now currently has the ability for me to send messages to employees during open enrollment or new hire enrollment. Would love to see ADP expand that functionality to allow me to filter employees and send ad-hoc messages at any time and for any reason.
- I would like for ADP to add functionality that will allow me to add pre-configured and ad-hoc notes and reminders to an employee's record.
- We enjoy using the ADP portal as our company intranet. Would like to the ability to have effective dates on those posts.
- Workforce Now has helped us greatly reduce printing and shipping costs by eliminating the need for pre-printed forms and shipping those forms across the country repeatedly. More importantly it saves time for our employees (free them up to do more of the work we hired them to do) as well as for HR and Payroll.

They have a lot of different types of integration. Some of them are one-way, some are two way. ADP has the knowledge and expertise to integrate with lots of other systems. It used to take longer to establish a new integration, but ADP has improved the turn-around time dramatically.
