We use ADP across the whole organization for most of our HR needs— payroll, HR, onboarding, benefits, analytics, and time off. Being a small company with limited resources, we use ADP to help us be more efficient and streamline manual processes. We also use it to generate people analytics to help us make better strategic decisions as we grow.
