Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP across the whole organization for most of our HR needs— payroll, HR, onboarding, benefits, analytics, and time off. Being a small company with limited resources, we use ADP to help us be more efficient and streamline manual processes. We also use it to generate people analytics to help us make better strategic decisions as we grow.

For an organization of our size, this product has scaled very well. We have yet to go beyond 150 employees using our current platform but we are confident this will take us through the next several years of growth. In addition, the ease of adding additional modules to help us with new processes as we grow has been great.
I've only used ADPat a small-sized company (less than 200 employees) and find it is perfect for this size company. Implementation is generally quick and easy making it less time consuming than larger platforms. ADP has a wide variety of modules and products to meet a growing company's needs so we usually look no further than ADP when we need a new process implemented. Some of the ADP modules are not yet as well developed, such as performance management. So, a purchaser needs to be very specific with their requirements to understand if they will ultimately get what they want.
