Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used across the whole organization for payroll, HRIS and time keeping, performance and talent.

Our company paid to have an API developed to integrate D365 with Workforce Now.
I personally have used Paycor and Paychex at a previous employer and would not recommend either on. ADP is by far a better product. At my current company Kronos was included in the RFP process but we placed the business with ADP. Kronos was more expensive and we were under a tight implementation schedule that Kronos couldn't meet.
Well suited for payroll and timekeeping. Not as well suited for HRB - but improving.
