Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used internally by the whole organization. We are able to manage time for employees more accurately and allow them the ability to make requests for their schedules more comfortably from a distance.

Pros

  • Manages specific time on the clock for work
  • Allows real-time views of leave absences

Cons

  • Less system timeouts when large groups are using at the same time
  • It allows overtime hours to be calculated with extreme precision
  • It has made employees more aware of time
This product delivers as promised. It's easy to transition employees over and allow errors to quickly be amended and noted.
It's well suited across the board and delivers on what it guarantees, product-wsie. I only say organizations should move forward with a timecard system such as this when no honor code is in place and they have larger organizations with more employees to manage. It is a rigid program that requires consistent time management and puts some employees on the defensive with how to organize their workdays.
