ADP Workforce Now: The good and the bad
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now. We use it for HRIS, payroll, & time keeping.
Pros
- Dedicated service reps: Our dedicated service reps for both payroll & benefits are amazing!
Cons
- I wish that we had a dedicated service rep for Enterprise. We struggle every time I call to find someone who understands our processes.
- The mobile app doesn't seem to have any support. When I call regarding issues on the mobile app, neither ADP Workforce Now nor Enterprise claims responsibility, and I bounce around between departments trying to figure out the issues.
- I think that the biggest benefit is having most of our HR systems in one place (Time Cards, Payroll, HR, etc).
- It's downfall is that the recruiting and performance management pieces didn’t fit into our budget or cover our needs so, we are using two other software products in addition.
- Cornerstone
Integration with Cornerstone was relatively seamless. We had a few issues, but for the most part, things were smooth. However, now I run into issues where I have employees who can't access Cornerstone through the link on our portal page and when I call for customer support, ADP claims that it's not their issue and Cornerstone claims that it isn't their issue. It would be nice to know who is responsible for the link and issues that we have.
The only reason that we haven't changed from ADP to Ultimate Software is the lack of resources in my HR department. We currently do not have enough people to do a mass change from payroll & HR/benefits to a new software. ADP Workforce Now has its good and bad aspects, definitely, and things have gotten better in the past few months, but we still struggle, and I think that if my HR VP had his way, we would no longer be with ADP.
