Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We have it separated by department. We just started using the on boarding and recruitment modules as well as the performance reviews.

Pros

  • Customer Service, they help you until the problem is fixed.
  • Having the Bridge is a life saver.

Cons

  • Update the Bridge more often, some questions don't have answers.
  • Have examples on what each part should look like.
  • The support was always there to help.
Scalability has been good but there is always room for improvement.

Setting up the Indeed integration was easy.
It has a lot more to offer and easier to find your way around.
I was having a problem with the on boarding part setting it up, and it took a couple days to figure it out. The customer service rep that was helping me was making sure that the problem got fixed and even after was checking in to see if it was still good.
