Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization. It has allowed us to give our managers access to employees' time so they can see lateness, missed punches, etc., without having to wait for me to run the report. It has given our mobile employees more freedom using the mobile app.
- Time and attendance are very easy to navigate.
- The Bridge is an excellent online tool for quick questions and answers.
- The mobile app needs to have GPS location without having to have WiFi.
- In payroll, I have to manually adjust salaried employee hours when they have PTO instead of it auto-deducting. For example, salaried employees are 80 hours bi-weekly and take 1 day PTO. I have to go through and place 72 regular hours and 8 PTO hours with a rate code 2 so they get paid correctly.

We haven't integrated anything, however, we do have benefit carrier connections.
ADP Workforce Now is an easier system to use. It is all-inclusive. The customer service (even with faults) is better. We are not having errors, such as direct deposits being blocked on the company's end or tax issues like we had with our previous payroll company. It also saves time on processing payroll.
