ADP is a default choice - but not an amazing one
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
My organization uses ADP Workforce now for payroll, time and attendance, HRIS, and employee self-service. Additional products used by HR exclusively are ADP Select and Recruitment modules. The core Workforce Now product was selected due to an easy quick implementation after leaving a PEO. In all this organization has been on ADP for 15 months.
Pros
- Custom reporting continues to improve and become more intuitive for the average user who is not a reporting expert.
Cons
- Outsourced call center service model with inexperienced but polite reps means problems are solved more slowly than ever in my 20 years of working with ADP products.
- Leave management options to track FMLA is almost nonexistent.
- ADP has not made any significant positive impact on the business.
- We have not integrated any external systems to ADP.
