Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for all our employees and to track sick days and vacation time. Records are kept on each employee's profile, too.
  • Able to process large numbers of employees
  • Will work with you to create most of what is needed for your specific company
  • Some features move on the screen (would be better to remain in same spot across all companies or employees)
  • During start & end times (8am-5pm) the time clock on home page tends to disappear.
  • Able to combine 11 companies into 1 database for ease of processing
ADP is always working on updating and listening to suggestions from users, which is great. ADP Workforce Now has many features that are fantastic but is still working out some glitches. Each update seems to fix ten things but causes an issue with two.
ADP Workforce Now can handle a much larger amount of business than Ceridian Dayforce. Dayforce was not extremely user-friendly--it locked up a lot.
ADP Workforce Now can handle large payrolls with ease. But I feel some of the steps are not uniform across the board. One department may set something up one way while another might set it up in a different way.
