Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are currently using ADP Workforce Now for all our payroll needs. Processing payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting, and taxes. Currently I process the payroll and we have several Managers, Supervisors or team leads that manage their staff time and attendance. We also use ADP to track hours of our temporary staff.

- Ease of using the system and options within the system
- Better attendance tracking
- Better FMLA tracking & reporting

- Based on using the system I would say it was a positive investment

I wasn't directly involved in the selection of ADP Workforce Now. I have used many different Human Resource and Payroll software programs in the past. I have been very happy with the ease, use, and functionality of ADP Workforce Now. It meets almost all my needs. The staff that uses the systems seems to feel it is pretty easy to use as well.

COVID-19 Response
When COVID-19 hit my workplace sent office staff home to work. We were all stressed and wondered how this would work out working from home. ADP made the transition easier by being available in times of need and working through the same growing pains we were going through. I have had a very favorable working relationship with ADP.
My workplace was not affected by the PPP loans. This question does not apply to us.
My workplace used ANY COVID-19 resources we could get during this pandemic. ADP supplying information to us and many other employers I'm sure was beneficial to all. This was a very stressful time and the unknown or how to answer questions etc. was difficult for all involved. We appreciate ADP being on top of providing additional resources.
Most of our employees that work in the plant were not using the mobile app prior to COVID. Since I was not located in the office, I spoke with many employees and had them use the mobile app to access information, request days off, see there pay summaries etc. Since I was not in the office and able to walk them through things like this, or print pay stubs, the app was beneficial for them to find information they needed.
