Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now for HR and payroll. It handles all of our HRIS, Payroll and Performance Management. We are a small company but do use it for all employees across the whole organization.
  • Field Grabber is so user friendly it makes reporting easier than ever
  • Performance Management makes doing yearly evaluations and keeping them organized much smoother
  • Would like to be able to see history of deductions easier
  • The more the system does and provides the more we can focus on employees and residents
We are small now but we were larger before, and I have used Workforce Now at larger companies. Its capabilities scale from a small to a large company well.
  • ADP was already being used when I started here 5 years ago so we have no integrations, just updates.
  • We changed our pay cycle a couple of years ago and everything went smoothly.
While Paycom works fine, I like the reporting and functionality better with ADP Workforce Now. To me, ADP is more user-friendly and more flexible with changes, reports etc.
ADP keeps improving what the system can do with the different wizards and reports, making it easier to perform day-to-day duties for HR and Payroll.

COVID-19 Response

ADP Workforce Now made reporting so much easier with the reports they created for the PPP loans and the sick pay credits offered by the government. They were there to answer questions and help us through that process.
We are an essential business so most everyone worked through the crisis; however, the reporting they created helped tremendously with the PPP loans and forgiveness. Those of us who worked from home for several months were able to use ADP seamlessly and transition back to the office with no problem.
Since we are an essential business these resources didn't really have an impact on our business.
This helps employees be able to see their information more timely and check for accuracy. Many of our employees don't have home computers so being able to do and see things on their phones on the mobile app is great for them.
