Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use it for team induction and benefits management as well as for payroll. We are looking to go into more enhanced features in the future.
- Benefit Open Enrollment - They hold your hand if you need it along the way. It can be primarily self-service, or ADP will walk you through every step. Then you have benefits reporting you can use throughout the year.
- There are rarely problems, and when there are ADP is very helpful.
- I personally believe it has to be worth it. Benefit, time management and payroll alone are worth the investment.
- We keep everything paperless which has saved us postage and fedex.

Implementing our benefits carrier connections was challenging the first year. However, since then I believe ADP has a dedicated team to the benefit open enrollments and carrier connections. I ask for the same person each year. They do like to promote from within, so I hope each year for the same person and if not, someone she has trained!
