Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

My entire company uses ADP for payroll.
  • Customer Service
  • Prompt Delivery of paychecks
  • Customer Service
  • Difficult to navigate
I don't care for ADP. No rep came out for training, it was all done over the phone and then I couldn't even call that person for help when I needed it. I was given a general number to call.
  • I don't use any extra services
I just use ADP workforce now for payroll, nothing extra.
ADP is difficult compared to IOI Pay. IOI Pay was user friendly and ADP is not.
There are 3 different screens to visit just to get someone added into ADP. There is the personal, employment, and pay screens that all have different areas to fill in. Other companies have one screen where all info can be put in at once.
I have had difficulties getting my point across to reps on the phone, leaving my problem unsolved.
I would like an individual rep for ADP that I can call when I need help. Instead they give a Central Core number to call and most of the time all reps are busy and have to call back. I don't appreciate the waiting when I need an answer quickly.
I do like the details that are available on the pay profile screen for each employee. Everything I need to see is right in front of me.
