Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being utilized as our HRIS system company-wide. We were initially with Paycor and while that system is great and multi-functional, ADP is a step above.

Pros

Cons

  • Implementation of the product was a nightmare and things that were promised were not delivered
  • Finding specific reports via keywords would be helpful
  • Less administrative hours spent on payroll overall
  • Easy to generate reports quickly for HR data benchmarks
I feel as we continue to grow as an organization, ADP will suit our needs.
After using other payroll/HRIS products, this one outshines them all. I feel it accomplishes this because it is much more than a payroll system, but an entire platform for all encompassing HR needs.
I have used ADP Workforce Now at three small/medium companies and its ease of use and intuitive menu options are very appealing. Although the implementation of the product was a complete nightmare, I still genuinely feel the product itself is amazing and covers all business needs.
