Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for a church with about 20 employees. I use the payroll features which are more than adequate. Being on a tight budget and a small organization, we do not utilize the HR function in ADP. I know that Workforce Now offers a lot of modules that we do not currently use to its fullest.

We are a very small organization, but I do think that even the largest of organizations would be able to use ADP.

Evolution Payroll

I have used Evolution Payroll software, and I found it very cumbersome. It was not as user friendly at all. The support that ADP provides is second to none. They work with you to help you through any issues or needs that you might have. ADP has empowered the user to add items to drop-down menus themselves instead of waiting on a company representative to help you.

Likelihood to Recommend

Whether you have an accounting background or not, ADP Workforce Now is usable to a variety of businesses. Large companies will benefit the most with all the great features that they can utilize to make their business run smoothly.

ADP is as extensive as you have time to make it.
