Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use it across our whole organization. It's been nice when it comes to audits to be able to run the reports that they need regarding new/terminated employees and time cards.
- Their customer service is great. They are always available to answer questions that we have and walk us through how to do things.
- The reporting function has been a exactly what we need. We've been able to create custom reports to fit exactly what we need.
- The approval process for time off has been a struggle for us since we switched to ADP.
- We used to have a specific account manager and that was taken away from us for some reason. We now have to call customer service for everything. They are great, but have a designated person for us would be better.
- Employees spend less time trying to clock in.
- Employees spend less time trying to request PTO.
We haven't integrated any systems.
We weren't happy with our previous processor after they sold. We looked into others, but didn't agree with how they ran the payrolls.
